Returning

Contact us within 7-days of receiving your merchandise, for consideration for a refund to the original amount and form of payment. Within your return email please indicate whether your return is due to quality or non-quality issue. All quality issue returns will require photos of the issue.

You will be notified via email, within 48 hours, if your returned item(s) is suitable for a refund.

Non-Quality Return Policy

The non-quality issue includes but not limited to: kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected by the customer, dress too short, colour is shown different, and/or personal preference.

The colour is shown differently because of different display and camera, and it’s not possible to make the dress to be completely the same as the advertisement picture. Please make reference to our real photos of most styles.

These Items are FINAL and are non-refundable.

Quality Return Policy

Although we try very hard for this to never happen to any of our customers, quality issues include the merchandise with broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment, the wrong size given, the wrong colour given.

Approved returns merchandise must be mailed within 7-days of approval.

We must receive ALL returns in describe condition; unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items returned with the obvious use or cause of damage, will be refused, and charged a 50% damage fee. Where the merchandise will NOT be shipped back to you.

*Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We recommend returning items through the trackable mail, as any returned items that are not received by IcyyGirl Boutique will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

*We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.

Exchange Policy

Contact us within 7-days of receiving your merchandise, for consideration for an exchange. Exchanges are only approved if it's are unworn, and undamaged. 

You will be notified via email, within 48 hours, if your exchange item(s) is suitable.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service which is authorized by the receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address. Make sure you can accept the post service.

Cancel Order

The order is not cancelable after the order was arranged, but if you really need to change, please contact us, within 5 hours after the order was processed.
