We offer only In-Store Pickup, Standard & Express Shipping that deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

Shipping Policy

IcyyGirl Boutique insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered. For security and insurance reasons, all online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Gift or Group purchase? If you received your items as a gift or something in relations to a gift or group purchase, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

All orders are delivered by Canada Post. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of two delivery attempts. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be available at your local post office.

Overall Delivery Timeframe

To estimate the total delivery time all orders will require up to 3 business days for processing in addition to the delivery time indicated. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. 

We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.
